Canyon Farmers Market

The Farmers Market is now OPEN!

They will have the market every Saturday (8am - 12pm) until September 30th.

The market is held on the Square in Canyon.

Golf

Palo Duro Creek golf course is the only 18-hole in Canyon. It is fun to play and is a nice course for a small town.

Canyon Country Club is a nice rural country club course that is open to the public. It is only a 9-hole course but a lot of fun can be had here. You will likely encounter deer and turkeys on your outing.

Amarillo has 4 public courses and 4 private courses. The public courses are Ross Rodgers and Comanche Trail; each are home to two 18-hole courses.

Shopping

Canyon is FULL of great, locally owned shops.

Not far from The Highland House (about 3 blocks north west) there are a few little shops.

The main shopping area is around the square which is about 1 mile west of the Highland house. Plenty of parking and lots of food and shops.
